Throughout my 20+ years of coaching leaders in the corporate workplace, my passion has always been digging to the root of a problem and finding lasting solutions. Whether it's individual coaching or growing a group of leaders, I thrive on challenges, targeting success, and having a whole lot of fun in the process!

Who I am...
While I have the typical list of education degrees, certifications, and association memberships, I'd much rather let you know "who I am", my personality. coaching style, and the areas where I have the most experience and passion.

After growing up in the mid-west, I moved to the mountains of Colorado, and then spent most of my adult life in the hills of middle Tennessee. My website photo features Pikes Peak where I have the fondest of memories exploring with my two children. They are now grown, and we are still making the fondest of memories with our expanded family! After many gulf coast vacations, I have followed my dream to buy a fixer-upper near the beach. Although I spent my career in HR solving problems and developing leaders, I grew up around construction. I still pride myself on my painting and remodeling skills, so this was the perfect retirement plan!

My life path has given me opportunity to experience different parts of our country, cultures, and backgrounds. While I am conservative in nature, I have learned to accept people where they are. I once heard someone say to me, "No judgment here", and I have loved that phrase ever since. -We all have quirks, mistakes, fears, and failures. When we meet, you will get my authentic self! I am kind and patient, with a good sense of humor, and I will be honest with you.

After decades of living "single-again", I am now married and able to follow my long-time desire to write books and coach individuals.
